Here’s the full list of all visa-free countries for Nigerians who are international passport holders?

We all love to travel outside the shores of Nigeria for various reasons. It could be for business purposes, vacation, occasions, etc.

Every Nigerian at one point in time asks the questions; “which are Nigeria passport visa-free countries?” or “How many countries are visa-free for Nigeria?”

In 2016, Nigerian citizens got visa-free on arrival access to 45 countries and territories, ranking the Nigerian international passport 84th in the world according to the visa restriction index.

List of 45 Visa Free Countries For Nigerian Passport Holders 2019 Alphabetically

Interestingly, most of these countries are located in West-Africa! Since we’re going alphabetically, we’ll start with Bangladesh.

1. Bangladesh (Asia)

With Dhaka being the capital, Bangladesh is a densely populated country where people live in delta rivers that flows into the Bay of Bengal.

Bangladesh may not be a classy country, but it is popular and has bilateral ties with Nigeria.

All travelers who want to visit Bangladesh must have a return ticket and a good financial account.

2. Barbados (Caribbean Island)

Barbados is located on the Caribbean island in North America, It has a capital city called Bridge town. English is the major language and they spend the Barbadian dollar.

An e-passport is required, with proof that you have enough funds in your bank account and ticket.

The maximum time a Nigerian can spend here is 6 months.

3. Republic of Benin (West Africa)

You can stay in Benin without a visa only for 90 days. Can you speak Yoruba? Well, Benin is also a Yoruba speaking country.

4. Burkina Faso (West Africa)

You can stay here as long as you provided you have the return ticket. Its a landlocked country in West Africa.

5. Burundi (East Africa)

10. Comoros (East Africa)

15. Gambia

Any Nigeria citizen can travel to Gambia without a Visa as well, but return tickets is a requirement. You need to provide this prior to your visit.

You’ll only need to present your return tickets. For me, Ghana is a second home to Nigerians. her capital city Accra is one of the largest cities in Africa.

17. Guinea (West Africa)

18. Guinea-Bissau (West Africa)

Another country you can visit without a visa. You’ll need to provide return tickets and proof of sufficient funds.

19.  Haiti (Caribbean)

Hmm, another one. A Nigerian citizen can only stay here for a maximum of 90 days and you’ll need to provide return tickets.

27. Mauritius

Nigerians have visa-free entry into Mauritius for 90 days are required to provide a proof of sufficient funds of $100 daily.

28. Micronesia

Micronesia is located in Oceania and it is one of the visa-free countries for Nigerians. They spend the United States Dollar and You can stay for there for 30 days as a Nigerian Passport Holder.

33. Senegal

34. Seychelles
