Accreditation

Admission Requirements for 100L Students
The candidate must:
- Select FUTA as his/her first choice of Institution.
- Have at least five credit passes in SSCE/GCE in relevant subjects and in not more than two sittings.
- Must have a minimum of 200 JAMB Score in his or her UTME Result.
- Must participate in FUTA Post UTME Screening exercise after a successful registration on the University portal. Mind you, you need to log in to your portal regularly to check if your post UTME Screening date has been sent.
Admission Requirements for 200 (Direct Entry) Level Students
The candidate must obtain at least five credit passes in SSCE/GCE and in relevant subjects in which shouldn’t be more than two sittings.
The candidate must also have NCE/OND/JUPEB or equivalent with credit passes in relevant subjects.
Steps for FUTA Undergraduate Registration (For 100l and 200l Direct Entry students)
STEP 1: How to login to your Portal
- Use your JAMB registration number as your username and use your surname (in capital letters) as your password to login.
- You would be required to provide your valid Email address and your reachable phone number. A link would be sent to you to change your password before you proceed.
- In the case where you don’t remember your password, click on Forgot password and a page would display saying “Get it here”. Click on it and provide your JAMB registration number, your registered Email Address, phone number and type a new password. After that, click on send to reset your password and login with your new password.
STEP 2: Setting up your Bio Data
The candidate should click on Bio Data and should/ must:
- Fill all sections Accordingly
- Upload the scanned copy of the following documents; Passport(not more than 1 month old), Birth Certificate, Certificate of Local Government of Origin, Court Affidavit, Attestation Letter, Jamb Admission Letter, O’level Result(s), NCE/ND/HND if Direct Entry
- After that, click on finalize, the O’level results that you have provided would be screened and if passed, you would be required to generate an invoice which you need to choose any of the listed banks on your invoice to pay your school fees whenever you are ready via REMITA platform.
STEP 3: Course Registration
- You need to pay your school fees before you can proceed for course registration
- After paying your school fees, click on course registration
- Carefully select your courses, click on submit, print it out and take it to your level registration office for approval.
- After Approval, you need to print more copies and present them for endorsement and submit them to your department manager.
