Can blogs really make money? If you’ve taken oasdom’s free blogging course, I’m sure you have all the pieces of the puzzle to create a successful blog.
You know how to choose a topic, research keywords, write your first blog posts, drive traffic to your blog and more. But is that all?
The final step is to reap the rewards of all this work – to produce an income and take home profits. The question is “How?”
That’s what our power blogging training (soon to be rolled out) will address. You’ll learn what oasdom.com is using (the X-factor) and what’s happening behind the scene of every blog.
But wait,
Can Blogs Really Make a Stable Income?
Blogging for money is one of the best ways to earn extra money online, but if your first goal is to create enough income from blogging so you can quit your day job, then you must aim for stability through consistency.
You have to feel confident that when you make N300,000 in a month, in all likelihood you will make a similar amount (or more) next month.
If your blog income is N100,000 one month, then N600,000 the next, then back to N50,000 the month after, you probably don’t feel secure in your decision to drop the monthly pay from your job.
You need to know that blogging requires a real long-term effort that will later gurarantee long term income source. That’s your first goal.
You should know
There is a key point that most professional bloggers don’t consider — even if your income is stable, if you must post a certain amount of blog posts every single day in order to maintain your income consistency, you have just created another job for yourself.
That is not business freedom, it is self-employment.
Don’t get me wrong, blogging as a job is a good one. I’m sure many people would gladly quit their day job to work from home writing blog posts for a living. That’s not a bad situation, but for me it’s not good enough.

Stable income not dependent on me writing new content day after day was part of my criteria when I started blogging simply because I did not want to work from 9-to-5 like an employee my whole life.
I want freedom. Currently, I work more than 9-5 a day maybe thrice a week. My goal is to be able to do whatsoever I want with my time and I’m getting there.
You don’t want to start blogging and find yourself in a situation where if you stop publishing new a blog post for a week or two, your income dries up.
So Can Blogs Really Make Money?

A question might come to your mind right now…
Why did I let you know about all these?
It’s because I want to be honest with my visitors. In my opinion, the best way to gain trust from your blog visitors is to be 100% transparent and this is exactly what I’m currently doing. Aside from that, I’m also a pretty friendly folk.
